Meet Taylor, our newest hygienist!

Taylor started at Parkland Dental this February! She has been a registered dental hygienist for 3 years and loves what she does.

When she’s not in the office, you can find her at the dog park with her dog and husband, or at a Taylor Swift concert. She just got married this summer!

Recipe Corner

Lemon Herb Baked Salmon

(Perfect for those freshly whitened teeth)

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)

  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)

  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish and brush the lemon herb mixture over them to coat evenly.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy a tasty meal that won’t stain your teeth!
